Stuck on loading screen or unable to move around in Neverwinter city

Like I mentionen in the title; most of the times when I have logged on and am about to enter the world (Protectors Enclave only thus far) the loading stops with about 5% of the bar to go. On the rare occations that I do get into the game I can move my character around but I can't interact with anything or see the in-game chat channels. After a couple of moments the game teleports me back to where I entered the game. This happens on every character I've made, the game works fine until I have finished the tutorial, then this happens.

What I have tried:
1. Making sure the proper TCP ports are open.
2. Disabled the firewall.
3. Ran the game as admin.
4. Verified the integrity of the files.
5. Tried running the game with a wide array of different graphics settings.
6. Reinstalled the game.

My computer setup: 3770k i7, GTX 670, 8 GB ram.

Does anybody have a solution to this? It's really frustrating not getting the game to work at all like this.

    Ok, I was able to log on briefly - and this time it happened upon entering an instance so it would seem as if it doesn't just happen in the Protector's Enclave.

    Still having this problem as well. Sometimes takes 10+ mins to load enclave then when I do get in I just rubberband back to entrance from tutorial. I can't interact with any NPCs(the ones that load anyhow) and they all have names like Demo_guard_helm etc.

    SOLVED IT!

    Turn off network I control if you are using Asus Suite it is under tools.

    Thank You! I did have the ASUS AI Suite and once I turned off Network iControl the bar finished loading and I no longer teleport back to entrance :)

    Try to start with safe mode.. in launch option check the safe mode !
