Trouble logging into the game

When I entered my data into account, login Neverwinter and push it it gives me too many attempst please try again later. And my question is if I have to wait to log in again to play?? Tries from time to time and the same thing is that some bug or how long you must wait. Please answer quickly

    right now the server is down for maintenance for another 25 minutes or so according to the message on the updater/patcher where you initially attempt to login.

    And then I have the same problem server is now on-line or maybe the fault of the server is overloaded and I do not know myself.
