characters gone?!

anyone else loose their characters from the last beta?
it becomes a grind when ya have to play the same quests over and over

    They said they deleted them awhile ago.

    every post i read they said that they wont delete them?

    I was under the impression that they wouldnt delete the closed beta characters unless they got a major bug, they must have found one as everyone ive spoken to has lost their characters.
