SO I am unable to login and support emailed me back telling me 3/4 days :(

No way to contact anyone by phone... what kind of service is this?

    could you elaborate on your problem at all then maybe folks could suggest potential solutions

    When I try and log in the game indicates that I am not allowed to play

    12pm PST (3pm EST) seems like when the server will be open?

    Are you sure you have access to the beta? Because that is the message you get if you do not have access.

    I am so frustrated as i was hoping to get this resolved before I go to bed (I work nights) There are no modds on and no way to contact anyone for help... I sent in a ticket and got a 3-4 days for a response message :(:(:(

    The only log-in screen I can find indicates the server status has a red dot to the right of it--same status as before beta weekend. Log-in allows me to access forum but cannot access game.

    Hello it is well past the 12pm PST start time and I still can't log in it says the server status is still red???? anyone know why?

    and most of the time when I hit a link on Cryptic's site I get this error message

    I was sent a email that as a lifetime subscriber with Star Trek Online I was getting access to the Beta 2 Weekend starting 3/8/13 at 12 pm PST. I made sure my Cryptic and Perfect world accounts are synced. I can login to both with the same Username / Password. When I try to login to the game the button for 'PLAY' (or whatever) is blank, and there is a message saying:

    "Account error, please click here for more information" This will take you to submitting a support ticket, which tells you once you submit (which I did) it will be 3-4 days to get a response.

    This happens to be beyond the time frame for the Beta 2 Weekend.

    Seems to be the issue with all TL2 pre-order keys

    Not all, my roomie is able to login and play with his Torchlight 2 pre-order key, but get the account error problem.

    How about A ONE TIME CODE PROBLEM?? Paid the 60 bucks to get in and the code that they finaly sent dont work on my comp. Looked up support and deleted cookies and new code was sent after about an hour again. DOESNT WORK.???!!! Any one know a work around??
