Hi, I was wondering whether the email notification feature within the forums is working properly?
I am pretty sure I subscribed to a few threads but so far I have received zero notifications on my email account.. is the smtp server settings not properly configured within your vbulletin board? Anyone able to receive subscribed-threads-email-notification thus far?
I suspect it has to do with the same issue of Founders' not receiving beta email communications directed specifically at them (meaning: other than the mass-marketing emails sent to all registered users).
This bites. and it's not the beta communications or even forum subs I'm concerned with. Cryptic spam is actually spam I *WANT*. LOL

I have not gotten any email notifications for subscribed threads either. I went into my setting and made sure i selected the instant notification option, net no notifications. I have, however, received the Beta weekend invite.

I love this quote - I'm sure there will be much more spam, errr... "communication" in the future, but only when we don't want it
