Hello friends! (with pictures!)

My name is Chad, I am 32 years old and I live in Oregon. Started playing pen and paper roleplaying games in high school and was bitten by the bug. When Star Wars Galaxies came out I was quick to jump into the MMO world. These games are mostly what I play now. I started playing WoW a month after launch, when a couple friends of mine showed me the game. I have been an active player off and on ever since. I have played nearly every game out there now, some were awesome and I return to, others...

I work as a printer and have a degree in graphic design. I am a drummer and a fan of football (soccer). Thanks for allowing me to be apart of the Neverwinter community!

    Hi, I confess i played WoW myself. Anyway welcome to Neverwinter

    Here is some info for you
    I recommend reading the Neverwinter Extended FAQ if you havent already.
    The Directory of the Founder Guilds of Neverwinter can help with guild shopping.

    Also I invite you to have a look at my guild Hardcore Christian Gamers. We are family friendly. If you like it feel free to join.(I leave a link in my signature)

    Hahahaha!!!! Me got some special pipe weed for you me friend... found great wizard pipe and a famous hobbits pipe me have! Me likes me beer, me likes me ale, me like me mead..... if you see Hoopty swing his axe.. it usually over spilled ale!!!! Good to have ya lad, hope to share some fine adventures with ya.

    /ooc with your signature I'm sure you can guess what pipes I own and the wizard and hobbit I speak of.

    Oh for sure, I have the same pipes. I will look for a picture to go with it.

    Nice pic! Really brings out a true dwarf spirit. If only we can have such nice beards in game too!

    Hail and well met brave adventurer and welcome to the Neverwinter forum!


    If in your journey you seek a guild to aid you on your way, then might I suggest you make your way to the that notice board over there and look at the Directory of the Founder Guilds of Neverwinter as I'm sure you will find something that will take your fancy as DeathsSickle as previously pointed out.


    Additionally, if you should be seeking a friendly guild that is accepting of all and already has a strong presence in Neverwinter, then might I suggest you look at my own guild, The Neverwinter Knights as we may well be what you seek. All the best.

    Greetings and welcome! I, too, have been playing D&D since high school, and every digital incarnation of the Forgotten Realms (except Torment and DDO.. I will eventually play Torment! I own it!) I love them all, and I am very excited about NW!

    City of Heroes was my first and only MMO. I dabbled with GW and WoW for about 2 hours and 20 minutes, respectively, but they're not for me. Losing CoH was a huge blow for me, but I managed to carry on. I'm looking forward to filling that gaping hole, at least partially, with NW. (I seriously doubt NW will ever fill the costume creation hole that CoH left, but that's okay for now. There are still ways to fiddle with costumes in City.. they can shut off the servers, but they'll never kick us out of the game entirely. GO GO DEMOEDIT!)

    And since you were good enough to share photos, I shall as well!

    This is the most recent photo of the bunch. Gosh I look tired, just look at those shiners! The shirt I'm wearing features this image I drew of one of my main characters in City.

    Pirate costume! I haven't been able to wear a costume for YEARS, but since I am no longer dating a costumeophobe, I can start looking for excuses to break out the ren-fest gear again! WOOT!

    Wearing a Dr. Doom shirt and obsessively sorting my friend's copics into rainbow order. Poor Liz. I probably looked like I was going to either explode or pass out when I walked over and her markers were all just mixed in randomly. I don't even remember if I asked for permission before I dumped them all out and started putting them in rainbow order. I asked Liz to take a photo to demonstrate my Rainbow Fixation.
