Can't start game - Patcher Stuck Patching

Had my game crash, and re-launching the launcher results in it sitting at "Patching" indefinitely. Any way to clear this out and get back in? The checkboxes under "Options" don't seem to do anything.

    The only fix I saw to this during beta was a reboot and/or reinsstall of the game. The thread would be on the las couple of pages.
