I've submitted bug reports in-game for these, but figured I'd state them on the forums as well in hopes of them being noticed.

Graphics Display issue in Tower District at loc(1203,718):
Rendered graphics disappear when moving behind a rock Logged out/back in, and the issue is still present. All I ask is whoever fixes this carves my name on the evil vision-blocking rock.

Hunting the Relics Event is exploitable.
I've tested it, it's very easy to do and only requires 1 relic to win the event every time. I've submitted a bug ticket about this, but if a GM/Mod wants the details feel free to message me and I'll link you the youtube video/and offer written details.
I stumbled across it accidentally (like most bugs) and was thankfully the only person playing the event until the last 2 minutes. I'd collected 3 relics and everyone else only 1 relic when the event was over, however my score was over 20. I took video of it after I'd confirmed it, so that raised my score even higher.
EDIT::: Since Beta Weekend 1 is over, HERE is a link to the youtube video (Formerly Private until today)

Honor Exploit
I know this has already been mentioned (so I'll not go into details too much) but you could sell items to the PvP vendor for honor...

Daily powers:
As a cleric, I've often had times where my Flame Strike (And Guardian of Faith) daily power is NOT CONSUMED upon use. Meaning I can cast Flame Strike, then immediately cast it again. I've been told Rogues can quickly get action points so they can do them back-to-back, but can hardly believe a cleric should be throwing Flame Strikes like they're at-wills...

Quest: Fists of the Warband
If you attack/kill Kragmar Deepscar before entering his room, it will still display the cutscene with him alive and well.

Cutscenes:
If a Cutscene triggers, it will pause combat, though you will continue to be attacked. This can lead to death, as there is no current way to skip cutscenes/you are vulnerable during them!

Companion Training:
I'm not sure what causes this, but sometimes when a companion is sent to train, they will continue to train past the amount of time specified. The counter will start going into negative numbers...

Loot Mechanic:
First, let me say this: I've been playing as much as I possibly can since the servers went live. I'm not a fan of 4th edition D&D, but they've made it work and I'm enjoying it. The ONLY thing that I've found to complain about is the loot mechanic. Everything else about the game has been enjoyable to me, but looting makes me just want to not bother grouping.
I can't tell you how many Cloak Tower runs I've been on now (over 20), but at least 80% of them ALWAYS had that one guy who rolled NEED on EVERYTHING, regardless of if they could use it or not. I've already started putting players on my ignore list because of this exact reason. The Need/Greed roll system is an old, broken mechanic that should have never been considered. It's nothing but a "Greed becomes Need" system that does nothing but teach people to always roll need for fear someone else in the party rolls need.
And you'll get the people that will try to justify it by saying it's for their alt... but I believe in "immediate need before someday greed"; Those you can use it on their character immediately should need, those who want it from an alt should roll greed and hope nobody needs it or run the quest on that alt character.
This is a big issue that I've seen brought to light in many games, but MMOs are plagued by issues with loot distribution. The simple solution? Do the Diablo 3/DDO route and make each player get their own loot/only able to see their own loot. It's a lot more acceptable to players that they simply didn't pull an item from a chest than to see Greedy-Jerk roll need and win over half his rolls.
Additionally, I really hate that the prompts pop up in the middle of battle, blocking my view all because a teammate looted during combat. Then I'm stuck trying to Shift+3 and end up quaffing a potion or dodging forward into battle on my cleric because I'm trying to PLAY THE GAME!!!

PS: I'll try to keep updating this thread with my views, comments, bugs, etc. throughout the day when I get the time.

    Targeting
For the most part, I didn't have issues with targeting a specific mob while in combat... But as a healer, targeting players (who move around a lot more than mobs) was awful. Eventually I just dropped the 1-target heal and switched completely to mass heals/throwing seals on all the enemies. A method to hard-target players for individual heals would've completely changed how I went about healing. Setting the party to F1-F5 keys (with F1 being yourself) would allow me to throw Healing Word on the player of my choice, instead of whoever happens to be maneuver between me and the one needing healing.

    Invisible Walls:
While I understand the need for these, they really got in my way for when I was trying to move from one playable area to another. It wasn't like I was trying to access an out-of-bounds area (though I did end up behind a mountain or two when I was bored/exploring)... No, I went over a hill and was stuck by an invisible wall preventing me from continuing into a flat playable area.
A specific example: (See Attachment picture 1) Go to the Black Lake District and try to walk through the water around the building. You will hit an invisible wall and won't be able to progress, despite it being playable area 2 feet away. If you really don't want us walking through the water, throw a collapsed wooden dock out there that we can't get past... but don't put an invisible barrier.

    Ability Scores:
I could link to my youtube video of me pressing ROLL a dozen times only to see the same numbers pop up over and over. Don't try to hide the fact that there are preset ability scores in there and we're just pressing the button to pick between them. Why bother saying it's D&D if you can't customize your character at creation with one of the most important parts of D&D??? Personally, I prefer a points-buy system or a true roll than picking between 2-3 presets.

    Armors/Weapons are too Class-specific.
I found ONLY swords for the Guardian fighter. I found only chainmail for the cleric. I found greatswords and ONE Greatclub (off a boss in Cloak Tower) for the Great Weapon Fighter. I found daggers and ONE axe for the thief... Where is the diversity? Is it turned off for Beta??? That's the only reasoning I can come to.
I certainly hope this is just a beta thing and we'll see the ability to wear/equip more different items at launch. I should hope every D&D player knows to use bludgeoning weapons on skeletons, but I couldn't because I couldn't find a mace... And I can understand it's hard to program in all the feats/prereqs of D&D into a video game, but DDO managed it with 3.5 and will let a wizard wear full plate or a cleric wield a longsword... and it's been out nearly 7 years now. Once again, I hope this is only a restriction put into the beta...
