I truly hope this game has an achievement system - something unannounced as yet, but in the works one would hope! Achievements are great for the completionist in us, and gives you something more to strive towards! With the quality of the graphics as they are - I can see that Achievements would be very well suited!
Also, I am hoping, that since this is a persistent world, that we will get seasonal events, ect, such as Easter, Halloween, Xmas, ect. Perhaps in keeping with the FR lore (Summertide, Yuletide, ect).
Can we please get some dynamic in-game events too? There will be GMS in game to monitor these, perhaps, something like killing the world boss, ect?
Heres Hoping!

Achievements: It's in there. Obviously no spoilers from me or River song
Seasonal evens have often been done by Cryptic changing Real world holidays into the game's translated equivalent. Q's winter Wonderland for the 2nd year in a row for STO is the latest example.
I can't speak about Events yet as it's being worked on for the final versions, therefore we don't know if a GM could pop in and make something live. I wouldn't be surprised if they could.

In a few of the foundry videos, they have said that UGC providers will have 'achievements' displayable in-game(possibly) and definitely on the forums.

Hello Sweetie!
Personally I hope for some holiday events as well. It helps to break up any monotony as well as introduce any potential meta-gaming content. All for some winter wear!

That's awesome news to hear! Just made my day! Its ok, I don't want spoilers, but having them in the game is good enough to know!

Now that sounds interesting. I wonder if it would ever be possible to do the same thing with foundry quests where the creator could show up and liven things up or run a real DM type game.
As you can see, the achievement "Slayer" pops up at the bottom of screen for having dealt 2,500 physical damage. Also, the number "50" can be seen on the right side, which is likely the number of achievement points it is worth.

i would love to see the adition of dynamic events (as in rift etc.) - in the later levels (well i think starting around 20-30) the areas become quiet open and large with a lot of players so i think there would be room for dynamic events. You allready have this kind of race/gathering challenges...its a nice addition but i would prefer some cool dynamic events... like a rift opening and throwing out a giant boss devli etc. etc.
