Founders Pack return policy?

Sorry if this has been discussed and I couldn't locate it, I spent 10 minutes looking through some posts and did not see anything about it so I figure it would be faster just to start a new post.

Pretty much the topic says it all I just want to know if I have the option of returning a founder purchase if I decide not to play the game. I have pre-ordered and played both Champions and Star Trek Online and I played both for less than a month. I hate to base my decision on whether or not to play Neverwinter on past company flops especially when Neverwinter looks so interesting and the mmo market is pretty dry atm, but I don't want to spend another 60 dollars on a game from cryptic just to be let down again.

This is probably the single most trollish things gamers do lately, Buy online Collectors editions or Founders packs for the specific purpose of using it as a drama foil several days after launch. Honestly it should be all sales final and mute accounts after two "I don't feel like I got my moneys worth" posts.

    True, no refunds.

I would love to see an 'Upgrade' option or promotion before launch though. Its hard for a few of us to say 'Yes, I can part with 20 or 60, but I struggle to say 200 right now'. That doesnt mean later that we might say 'OMG yes! I wantz it. But wait, I cant spend 180/140 to upgrade?'.

If you have any doubts about the value of what's been offered and/or the company...

...This^ is the best decision, really.

I also have my doubts based on the company's past performance and other factors (such as not feeling that the items are really worth as much as what they're asking) so I'm simply not buying anything for now. If they have reasonably priced stuff at the cash shop once the game goes Live that may change. But why spend money blindly if you have doubts?

Aye, as other said, don't spend any money on NW yet then. It's your safest bet.

Wow thanks for all the troll posts. All I asked was if there is a return policy a simple yes or no would of sufficed, to the guy assuming I wanted to buy the pack just for Beta access your wrong. The main reason I want to buy it is for early access. The past few games that I have pre-ordered gave out early access based on when the game was pre-purchased, There are also games like the swtor expansion coming out that only gave the early access for pre-order before a certain point. I am a pretty hardcore online gamer, I don't work I don't go to school and I am retired. I spend pretty much all my time playing video games reading books and watching tv shows/movies. I do not like starting a mmo behind people, I like starting at the head of the curve and playing with others who do the same, the best way to meet those people is to be ahead of the curve with them when the game comes out.

As far as beta goes, if I pre-order one of those packs I would probably not spend much time in beta regardless, although if I hated the game immediately I am sure I would cancel the pre-order, although this has never happened before, b/c I would have to really hate the game to not want to play it.

I just want to know what my options are for returns, I couldn't find the information anywhere and I really do not feel like it is something that should be hidden from the purchaser.

As far as not having faith in Cryptic, your absolutely right, they have mishandled every game they released and I do not have much faith in them. And now that they merged with Perfect World who are well known for overblown cash shops, yes I have many misgivings.

Sorry I missed your post so I guess you answered for me, thanks ;p THe guy who was making assumptions about why I was asking kinda pissed me off and I didn't read the rest of the posts as well as I should of.

Do NOT personally insult people as you all looked impolite yourself when the OP was asking a valid question!

The answer to the question is normally no refunds but if you can show you have NOT accessed the game, it MIGHT be possible to get a refund.
