You meet a tall stranger....

You meet a tall stranger in the busy tabern. He shakes your hand and introduces himself as Rackham, although the knowing grin indicates that isn't his real name.
The middle aged stranger claims to be from a distant land called Canada on the western shoreline. He mentions that his job is something called an elearning media developer, but not knowing exactly what that is, you figure it to be some clerical or mage type position.
He states he is happily married with one son, who apparently is also quite excited for the new Neverwinter.
Eventually you realize he must be some kind of bard because he mentions in the past he used to be an artist and a blogger. That last phrase almost sounds like some kind of club-wielding thug, but you gather after some discussion that its a form of gazette or newspaper.
He hails everyone a hearty journey and safe hunting!

Also I have this for you *hands another paper*. That page is a directory of most of the guilds here in Neverwinter.
Also*Hands a map over containing the directions to a small building* here is a map to the building where my guild meets, just follow the directions and you should easily be able to reach it. Please come by and look around sometime. Heck join us if you would like.

Yes it is, and it's instanced and accessible like any "repeatable mission" would be. I can't give out further details until NDA is lifted however.
