Ok, so every time I have posted this question in the last 24 hours my post has been deleted so I will try making it a new post and see what happens. I am slowly growing angry, thank you PW moderators. Anyways...I ordered Guardian of Neverwinter and it finally processed and cleared everywhere. However, nothing has happened as far as my beta key goes. Does the system just magically know that now that it is cleared, that I will get in? Or should their be another email/message of some sort providing me with a key? Now, on my account page where it shows, redeem beta keys, their is nothing showing that my beta access has been put through, when I tried to use my conformation number from my purchase, on the "Access Beta" tab on the home page, the system pretty much laughed at me so I would safely assume that that is not the key. Any help here? Also, shouldnt it say Guardian below my name? Pretty sure it should.

2. If you mouse over the game tab and then click redeem keys it should have been automagically redeemed when you made the purchase, if not you have a problem.
3. The guardian title should be under User CP and permission groups.
4. Your purchase should have also given your account access to the beta section of the forums.
If one or more of those things didn't show up you should post in that thread and try to get support. Good luck!

It states it very clearly in the email that you need to do nothing, should nothing show up then submit a support ticket mods cannot help you with issues with ordering that is billing.
No, I posted their and in two other threads and it was deleted. Hence me creating my own, also, I never recieved an email.
Did you receive an email confirming your purchase? If so, check the steps in my other post. If not, check to see if you have any charges on your account and contact billing.
I was charged, and they have gotten their money. Thanks for the help. Im posting again in the other thread in hopes of some insight.

Just to let you know none of your posts have been moderated. We would NEVER simply delete a question post.
If you started a new thread to ask a question instead of using a sticky we would absolutely move it to the approprate sticky but that did not happen. The only post, other than this thread and the one in the appropriate sticky, of yours regarding this issue can be found here.
I'm sorry for the confusion and the fact your question wasn't answered promptly but the purpose of having sticky threads dedicated to answering certain questions is to guarantee your inquiries won't be lost.
In the future at the very least send a support ticket as well as post. It will assure your question is viewed in a timely manner.
