I'm wondering if there will be any other "Your Foundry Quest is A+++mazing" Rewards.
Getting a 5 star rating on missions and only getting a forum border sounds kind of bleh, but the in game currency is pretty awesome. :D

Seconded. Astral Diamonds or other in-game currency FTW.

Thanks for all the videos about the Foundry,

Can we see footage of someone using the Foundry for the first time to create a quest?

I am absolutely blown away by what I just saw in that video. I can see myself just making adventures for hours on end free to experiment and take chances because you are not restricted to setting or a party like on tabletop.

I am enthralled by the possibility's, maybe even modding groups creating raids that become a part of the end game if they are popular enough. I'm giddy as a hill giant in a pastier of cows.

Any news on when the beta will be playable?

I guess I'm a sucker for bling, because I'd totally rock a border.

That was a cool demo of the Foundry! If I wasn't already chomping at the bit to get my hands on this game, that really did it for me.

Just immortality and the status that comes with that. Hell, if your creations are THAT good, it may be useful as part of a desgin portfolio and resume.

What pmikelll said. Also, you gain additional Foundry Quest creation slots (often charged about 10 K worth of secondary currency apiece when free to play Star Trek Online people can only refine 8 K a day of this,) and titles/player costumes that nobody else can get unless you earn them.

If that means I get a DM robe, that's cool for me too.

They didn't cover it but I think it would be cool if we could set up NPC boss fights so that once you get certain npcs down to like 1% health they can Surrender Spawn a random chest and provide you with Dialog to move you on to the next mission. Maybe even put in some options with what to do with them once they've told you all they know. I.E. Kill them or turn them over to the captain of the guard.

I know the beat into submission dialog is a STO Foundry option, and see no reason it won't be ported over to NWO as an NPC option.

But at the moment, we only get a NWO rewards chest at the end of the adventure, unless the Devs release something else otherwise.

Never tried having the STO enemy go hostile after submission so no idea if you can do those both (go hostile AFTER submission,) but it's a cool idea I can't want to try out once I get my hands on the NWO Foundry!

Would be interesting if a thief says "I give up!" then you show mercy and turn your back on them for like a second and then they immediately do a back-stab attack on you.

    Wow.

The Foundry is an extremely powerful tool and I really cannot wait to get my hands on it.
I suspect that I'll spend a significant portion of my game time in Neverwinter in the foundry, because level creation has always been a favourite of mine.
No, You do not know me, but you will b:laugh

Also, I noticed that the charakter animations are very well done b:dirty

    See you in Neverwinter!

This takes the user currently to the Information and Discussion part of the forums. If that is you intent, fine. If you meant another location, you may need to edit your link.

Ah cheers for the link! I figured as much, specially since it's an MMO and not just an online part of the game like NwN, what she says does make a lot of sense, don't want people writing crappy, buggy code, cause it's going to reflect badly on them. Also since the user content (and would-be code) is stored on their servers (and not running locally on NWServer) would lead to a ton of exploiting.

This is an awesome video and covers a lot of territory with respect to the Foundry! Can't wait to give some of these stories in my head a place to manifest themselves. Hopefully some of you will even enjoy playing them!
