Winter Festival - Not Getting Star Parcel on Each Toon

    The Star Stuff Quest is not available to all toons and there is nothing in the announcement about it only being available to 2 toons.

    The 'free' starlight parcel is available to all character but each character needs to do the quest.




    The NEW Auril's Favour is 2 per account. Yes, they should mention that in the news.

    so I guess we just hope the fishing gods smile on us for however many different accounts we have that used to get the rewards and now we have to work extra hard for?? sad day, I dont have enough time for all that so I will take my time and money elsewhere.

    I think, since this was not announced - despite the Auril gifts being announced - I think we should consider this a bug. Thanks a lot for the info though plasticbat!

    Gotta say I'm really disappointed this year. This seems like a cheap move on cryptic's part.

    They should have made Auriel's Favor "Bound to Character" instead of limiting to two characters a day with "Bound to Account".

    You need more than 1 fish. You need that exact 4 fishes.

    Edit: Wait! I take it back. It seems I don't have to have 4 fishes. Not sure if it is a bug though. At least, it is kind of confusing.

    According to my response on my in-game bug reports, this isa bug.

    I am sorry to hear that your characters did not receive the Gifts of Simril after taking the quest and talking to the winter event NPC.

    We have received similar reports from other players who are also experiencing the same issue of not receiving the Gifts of Simril for their other characters. The issue is already forwarded to the game developers for further investigation. Further checking revealed that a gameplay bug was the cause of the issue. I thank you for taking the time to report this to us, and I'm sorry if this inconvenienced you.

    You can also choose to start a new discussion topic in our official forums' bug report section. This will help our development team and increase awareness.

    So is this now a bug or not? Would be nice when some Dev would answer that Question because some people are ether exploiting that thing already or its a bug.

    Currently there are no moderators for this forum. A while back they were looking for some, but no one wanted the job.

    currently i have hear that there´s a way to get your favor with all your toons, the problem´s that what will happen to any player that´s doing that, when you go to pick up the quest it DO not say anything about 2 toons per account, so if the Devs decide to put this as an exploit or glitch what will they do to the players that have favor with all of theis toons, or do you really think this a bug and the Devs will make a patch to fix the bug and you can claim the favor with all of your toons?

    Until some official word comes down, I'm not going to risk it. Back on 2021when they were testing the new lockbox system they introduced the Knox box. You were supposed to get 5 from the claims agent for the account with the option to trade in Promissory notes or AD for some more.

    Someone found a glitch and was able to claim an unlimited number of them. As a result, some folks got hit with a ban.

    It is pretty clear what it is from dev's message:



    They will fix the loophole that you can claim more than two per day. They may punish people who continue to use the loophole. They will not punish those who did it before today.

    What if the programmer(s) who caused this bug were "punished" instead?
