"NEWS" in the web site is broken

I tried to check the patch notes and this is what I got by clicking "NEWS" above.

    The 10/03 patch notes? I just checked and it worked. I believe on the date you posted they were doing a maintenance which also affected the site.

    I knew by now. They did not mention ARC was in maintenance. The forum part of the web site was working but the rest was funky. It took them hours to finally show ARC was in maintenance.

    I mean Oct 9 patch note which does not exist but I did not know on that day. That was why I was looking for it but the place where it should be (if there is a patch note) or the place that would told me there was no patch note gave the message I posted.
