Boon points?

What does it mean when it says if you equip a boon point in this category it will go down 3 or 5 % per rank?

    Do you mean the cost for the next rank of a boon? The top two levels of boons have an increasing cost each time you spend boon points... so the next increase could cost 3 or 5 boon points.

    I think the system is buggy though...

    Thanks for the answers, no I don't mean the cost of the boons increasing. When I try to add a boon to the top one-and even though I have 4 on some of them there are some that will say not available or something like that-the last boon I got the few places I wanted to put it that would take it pops up with if equipped it will gown 3 or 5% per rank. I was wondering if that means the boons under it? And does it take away from any gain you might get? I don't get why everything seems to be so complicated on this game.

    Are you talking about the top one (Master Boons)? You cannot have 4 ranks on any of them. The max is 3 ranks.
    If you are talking about the 2nd row from the top (Advanced Boons), this row can have 4 ranks.



    It would be a lot easier to show if you can provide a screen capture.
