Strange events with tickets.

A few days ago I contacted you to tell you that even though my ticket was given as solved, the problem I reported was not solved (ticket 1115268), the cloak is still invisible.
After a short and useless chat with a certain "Mimosa", the ticket was reopened and the next morning it was closed again and reported as "solved".
In just one night, you solved a problem that has been reported for months and not only by me (by your admission). Strangely, however, the cloak is still invisible. I don't think it's worth adding anything else, the issue speaks for itself.

Yes, that is common. Their 'solved' means the one who handles ticket cannot do more anymore. "Dev knows about it. Nothing more I (or my department) can do. Solved". Your problem is not solved. Your ticket is.

How do I know? Because they told me.

"The ticket has been marked as "Solved" as no other information is required but you should still be able to update the ticket if you have encountered other problems related to what you have reported. While I understand the need for a fast resolution, some issues require further action from departments outside our control. Rest assured that our developers will work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible and updates regarding game fixes are posted on the official game news page (Patch notes) and forums. "

And my ticket (submitted in 2022) is now "disappeared". The above was copied from the email. The issue I reported is still not resolved. Obviously, I gave up long time ago.

The above should be their standard response template (copy and paste from somewhere). Hence, I don't think I violate forum rule. What it wrote actually did not make sense to the problem I reported.

The one thing about this game that is irresponsible is the refusal to give refunds for things out of our control.

And another thing that is wierd is how sometimes a group of tickets about the same issue over a period of time is deleted-older tickets are there but not the ones relevant to whatever point your trying to make. Support is pointless if they don't know anything about the game but the ones now arent as bad as the ones when I first started playing-they were horror stories of stupidity.

I'm not asking for a refund, it's just a game. I would simply expect not to be made fun of, for the rest I've been playing for ten years and I think I've seen everything but I admit that I missed this mess with the tickets. I got angry because it seemed like they almost wanted to make me "happy", a sort of "hey look let's reopen your ticket (imagine if tomorrow she checks if it's still open". I felt treated like an idiot and I hate that, but I guess my outburst here is also useless :(
