Freezes and boots in New Sharandar after update push

I am experiencing frequent crashes and freezes when in New Sharandar since the update last week. (I've noticed it Friday thru today) It happens frequently just moving around the area (mire, ruin etc) and it happens 4 out of 5 times transitioning to those areas. it has also happened when transitioning to the stronghold or workshop but much less frequently. I did not have any of these issues prior to the the update. Makes it very difficult to grind out fey currency to upgrade the stronghold when I am getting booted out every 5 to 10 min.

The system is also periodically freezing when I'm changing to a new toon.

I"ve also noticed a lot of pixilation in New Sharandar and very slow graphics load. It seems to occur mostly in New Sharandar. Other play zones, trials/skirmishes don't seem to be impacted.

I typically play on my xbox one S but it also happens on my older xbox one. I have fiber optics w/ 1gb download w/ no other devices on the network so I'm pretty confident it's not my network.

    I recently uninstalled and reinstalled the game thinking it might be a corrupt file (and not having heard anything from the developers) It has not helped at all. I currently have a character stuck in the Ruins because I can't play for more than a few min with him before the game freezes and I get booted. The game graphics have become increasingly more pixelated and often not even populating at all.

    The problem seems isolated to New Sharandar zones. My characters play fine in other zones...most recently Chult, Protector's Enclave, Ice Wind Dale and Avernus.

    I am still experiencing this issue and I"ve heard absolutely NOTHING from the developers. Getting booted when I try to enter Sharandar or try to transition to an adventure zone or when I finish a weekly. I can go through the tedious process of logging back in and I'm in the zone I tried to enter. It's not my XBOX because I've used some one else;s xbox in another state and it still did it.

    I'm having the same issues. To be specific, since the 6/27/24 Patch Update:
    Significantly increased load times.
    Game crashes about 10% of the time when using the Change Character menu option.
    New Sharandar graphics do not fully load.
    Game crashes when zoning between New Sharandar quest hub and the other three areas.
    This happens on any of my nine characters.

    For your character that is stuck in New Sharandar, what I did was log in and immediately use the Travel Post to leave.

    So the maintenance only restart this morning included a 7 GB update. This has unlocked Menzo and the zone appears to be operating properly. New Sharandar performance has significantly improved, also. Note that the Menzo closure Announcement is still up on the menu page.
