Cloak and Eclipse bug

I have been having two annoying bugs for a while now, the first is the absence of the cloak, whatever cloak I try to use on my character is invisible, it only happens on the rogue and from what I've seen, not only on mine.
The second bug is a very annoying defect caused by the "Eclipse" enchantment on the character's hair, I could only solve it by removing it.
I opened a ticket for both problems and they advised me again to report them on the forum, but so far I have not had any response

    What is your gear for the neck? Not the one for display but the actual gear that has stat.
    There are at least 2 neck gears will cause this issue. It is known and forever issue.

    I tried putting the assassin choker on and the cloak is visible, but if I take it off to re-equip the draining talisman it disappears again. This is weird, I remember that it was the assassin choker that had this problem, they fixed it but now everything else doesn't work :o
    Maybe reporting the Eclipse enchantment issue too was a bit too much =)
