2x Seals not dropping 2x Seals of the Spider God.

Random Trial Queues - Crown of Keldegonn, Assault on Svardborg during the 2x Seals event gave everyone in a guild party run the normal 120 seals. 40 Seals for the first run daily bonus and 40 Seals for each of 2 chests.

Steps:
Queue for 2x Random Advanced Dungeon or Random Trial Queue during a 2x Seals Event and complete run.

Observed Result:
40 Seals daily bonus, 40 Seals from Chest 1, 40 Seals from Chest 2 = 120 Seals not doubled = 120 Seals of the Spider God

Expected Result:
40 Seals daily bonus, 40 Seals from Chest 1, 40 Seals from Chest 2 = 120 Seals x 2x for event = 240 Seals of the Spider God.

Support verified that only 120 Seals were given during the 2x runs completed on June 22 and 23, 2024.

I ran into the same issue . I submitted a ticket but it was clear that it was not looked into. They linked 2x seals to dungeon delivers as if they were one and the same( even though they are listed as separate events) I was told 2x seals is a CHANCE. I find it a bit strange that the lower level seals seems to be 100 % chance and the upper level is zero chance. Submitting the ticket was a COMPLETE waste of time and energy. Then they sent a survey asking me to rate the support. OMG the arrogance.
