Yesterday (May 2nd) I did multiple rounds of invoking on all chars, with the intent to get the full 6 or whatever done on each one.
The odd thing was, some characters appeared to get their timers stuck. I would do the first invoke on all chars, wait 15 minutes, then cycle through them all. Instead of them all being ready for their second invoke, some of them showed as being exactly where I logged them off before - at 14:58 seconds on their first invoke.
On each round of invokes, 12 characters, typically 1 or 2 would end up with their timer still where it was from the previous logoff. Note this isn't "oh yeah you missed an invoke so you had to do it again". The invoke timer was up, and running, as I logged in. At exactly the same point as the previous logoff.
First time I've seen this one, seemed pretty odd. I haven't played in a year or more though so maybe it's a known bug.
