1. Whether I am looking at my inventory or professions, anything from the Start Menu and I take damage, that bright red flashing "You are taking damage" is permanently on my screen even long after I am safe. I usually have to quit the game and restart to make it go away.
2. After I check my mail messages, the notification is still on the top right corner to alert me that I have mail, even after I delete a message. And I can't always delete messages. Seems really random...I don't know how to reproduce it every time....sometimes I can delete, and sometimes I can't.
3. I'm injured and cannot use an injury kit. I expect this is lag in general because it always happens inside a dungeon. The kit isn't used when I click it, and I still have a concussion or whatever.

2) After checking mail at a mailbox press ALT, and then click on the mail icon itself. That clears it.
Alternatively, press ALT, check mail, and then press ALT again to reclick the icon. That also clears it.
Thirdly, if you have mail addressed to your @handle rather than character@handle it may read that you have mail even after that character you are currently on has checked their specific character mail. This will clear once you have checked mail on all your characters.
3) Go park yourself in Protector's Enclave awhile. The whole area has a Campfire Effect, and that should heal any injuries you have.
If none of the above works then submit a bug report in game.

Not sure how he'd do an in-game bug report since the Xbox One has no feature. >_>
I also have this injury issue on the xbox one. My character gets injured but I am unable to use any of the injury kits to fix it. When I go to buy more, the items have the little locked symbol and say that I am not a high enough level to use them, even though I have a level 30+ character I can't use the smallest of injury kits which has a level requirement of one.
