Bug or screw up?

I made 12 celestial enchantments no problem, but I have one celestial cobalt that does not have the (R), and all my alts have a mythic cobalt with the (R), that was my 13th celestial. I cannot turn in the celestial cobalt and my alts cant trade in the mythic cobalt. Is this a bug? or did I somehow screw up? Would like to know what happened and how to fix it.

    Well it must have been a small bug or slight glitch because it worked for me today and was able to turn in the Celestial cobalt. Woot! Problem solved.
