Bought 2 fading star key bundles but NO keys received

as above , bought 2 of the fading star key bundles . Received the pieces of nine but no keys were received . Re checked ALL tabs but NO keys . Has this happened to anyone else ?

    issue resolved . I purchase the packs on 2 different characters but opened them on my main . The system however sent the keys to the original purchasing characters .
