Is the PC jade dragon companion bugged?

So I'm on PS4 and i picked up the new jade dragon companion after being told it best in slot for Healers however it appears it is bugged it appears it doesn't apply the 7500 stats from the companion enchantment.

So is this the same on PC? Does the Jade Dragon companion also bugged?

This is a shot of my stats with the jade dragon equipped and fully upgraded


This is my stats with polar bear equipped and upgraded


This is my stats without any augment companion at all


Ps healer is not my main role I mostly play tank which is why my IL is currently so low on my healer

    Yes, it is bugged on PC as well. Reported it, and it is a known issue, hopefully get fixed next patch.
