New Sharandar Trolls Unavoidable Knockback Attacks

In New Sharandar, trolls have several knockback attacks. Dodging is not effective for any of them. You can dodge behind the attacking troll, you can go across the screen and no matter where you are, you get knocked down. If multiple trolls in a fight initiate a knockdown attack you are going to get knocked down several time regardless of your postion in relation to the troll. I have been knocked back by a troll attack when the troll was across the field from me. I have sent a ticket to support and they have confirmed this is not intended. The troll knockback attacks in New Sharandar are intended to be dodgeable. Please comment on this thread if you are experiencing the same issue. The support team member I spoke with asked that we do this.
