Devil's Precision overload enchant broken (solved)

When I slot this in it is supposed to give 5% crit and 5% accuracy but neither stat changes. Is broken. I tested the action point gain one (also 5%) and the stat moves up accordingly, but this one does nothing. And is anyone from the company even going to read this or am I talking to thin air? Do I need to message Mr. Norton on Discord about it to get it noticed and fixed? What is the procedure here now @ambassadorkael#6946 ?
Apparently pointing-out the bleeding obvious is a 'personal attack'.

    I just tested 3 toons and it's working fine on all 3. (On PS5). I am sure you did all the usual things logged on and off?
