Rogue's Path of Blade is now nerf'ed to below the ground

Yes, Path of Blade was pretty powerful.
It is fine if you want to nerf it a bit.
Oh! Not a bit? Fine. 20% off. It sucks but oh well.
Wow! No? 50% off. That is very bad.
What!? No too? It is now 1/8 of its power before the patch.
That means it is not useable. Oh well, time to choose another Encounter power, re-train myself for a new rotation.
The good thing about this level of nerf is I don't need to struggle about what to do.
By the way, is this a record of Neverwinter's nerfing history after OP's bubble?

    They really have tried to kill the assassin path. My second main is a rogue and feels so clunky and ineffective now. New players are gonna have a rough time.

    It can still take out groups of mobs in Wildspace while stealthed. It does a bit less damage now since you can't get all those Mythallar set and Oppressive Darkness procs, but quite frankly that was broken to bits. An AoE out damaging ST is stupid.

    Every class should have a strength and doesn't have to be a carbon copy of all the other classes.
    Apparently pointing-out the bleeding obvious is a 'personal attack'.

    Enough to see encounters mechanics and how it's inereact with various gear parts, boons. And its obvious its was and will do massive damages.
