chaos between realms campaign not progressing

in Bug Reports (PC)
stuck at 3590 on preserving the plane the last chapter in chaos between realms campaign, i have done random ques and the major heroic encounters and it does not give credit, advance the campaign. have put in a trouble ticket but nothing has been done to fix problem.
4 days later still stuck at 3590.

    It is because of Cryptic's cryptic battle pass time schedule messes with you. If you did not buy the premium battle pass, your campaign deadline is Oct 31st, 2023.

    Yes, most people seeing this in the game would think their dead line is Nov 7 but what it means is Nov 7 is for those who bought the premium battle pass.

    Some people were discussing this in PE zone chat yesterday and we came to the conclusion that Cryptic does this on purpose so that people will panic and buy zen.
    Apparently pointing-out the bleeding obvious is a 'personal attack'.

    we have until nov. 7th to finish, so why does it stop counting on the 2nd of nov? no credit afterward.

    Did you read what I wrote above? It stopped counting after Oct 31. The Nov 7 is for those who bought the premium battle pass.
