DEMONWEB PIT - Campaign bug

Hello guys,

I come here to delete a bug that happened to one of my characters, in the DENONWEB PIT Campaign, the Foot of the Narbondel progress didn't open, I did all the quests, I even closed the campaign, I have all the necessary items, but it won't open. If anyone has had this problem, I ask for help.

    Did you talk to the quest giver in the north side of the room?

    Yes, I did all the quests and spoke to all the respective NPCs.

    After you have the green check mark, did you go back to check the NPC in the north side of the room (not the usual NPC in the center of the room)?

    Hello,

    Yes, I already had all the requirements to open, I thought that when I reached the sixth week it would open, but it didn't, I continued doing the weekly ones and continuing the campaign, but the quest didn't open, when I finished and continued with the progress closed I sent a ticket, but the support staff couldn't give me a solution and asked me to report the bug here on the forum.
