Reward Reroll Token (account bound) non-functional

I have 5 account bound reward reroll tokens in my currency's that can not be used or handed off to any other character on my account.

When I go to open a dungeon/skirm/trial chest and have character bound tokens it is WAI, but when I run out it forces me to pay 10k AD (and has numerous times before), even though I clearly have 5 account bound tokens to 'use'.

    never seen acc bound re-roll tokens... maybe you have a bag and you need to open it
    give screenshot, please :)

    I suggest you write a ticket for the support, although when I click "support", it redirects me to the store page haha
    Use the in-game "H" function. Copy the text and the screenshot and they would be able to help. Helped me before with currencies items issues :) Good luck..
