Queue group chat stops working inside instances (dungeons/skirmishes/trials)

1. I join any private or public queues for any group content
2. Queue chat works fine while i'm outside (for example when i'm in private queue groups)
3. Once i get inside queue chat stops working randomly, cannot type in it, cannot see anything anyone says in it. Trying to type something there gives me an error -- e.g.: [8/9][System Notify]You are not subscribed to "MRG_G9071-- The number in the error can differ, it's not always the same.
4. When i exit the instance queue chat starts working again properly. No other chats are affected by this weird behaviour, just the queue group chat.
Extra info: I've been told by a friend that they see my character loging on and off constantly when we run group content together, which is when the queue chat also breaks, but my game is perfectly fine. No lags or disconnects or anything like that. Tried reinstalling game, didn't help.
