I have to admit I am a little salty about this.
On the Campaign Progress Bar it clearly states that that fifth award is both the House Baenre Brooch & Wrap (see image .) but we are awarded the Engineer's Pendant & Chain. The whole entire reason I busted my hump (and spent real money ) was to get the former set for my main (wizard). The latter set (Engineer) is far inferior. Come on guys please either give us what you show us as an award or make it clear what we are actually getting.

edit: what's most likely happened is they've entered the wrong items in the description, I'm guessing the title in orange at the top is correct ("engineer's essentials") which in retrospect indicates that what you got was correct, but the two items in orange are incorrectly entered by whoever did the data entry.
@percemer pls confirm if this is a bug or ment to be.
I am now really disappointed.
This is why players leave NW.
It seems to be an issue on PS > https://www.arcgames.com/en/forums/neverwinter#/discussion/1267456/demonweb-pits-5th-milestone-reward
PS:I asked around in different alliances. Confirmed! Its the same for PC version.
It seems that there is unfortunately a tooltip issue.
The House Baenre items are unlocked in the campaign store at the end of the campaign.
I will escalate this issue. We apologize for the confusion.

edit: I used to work as a data processor years and years ago. For a government agency. I could not make any errors, we were expected to be accurate 100% of the time. Anyway, when doing data entry you read from one thing and type into another thing and save it to file, whatever that digital file is. I imagine they are reading from whatever list or source they have and they just either get it wrong by accident or being bad at their job and not concentrating and type the wrong thing, OR the person or people who compile the data for the people to enter and compile it and organize the source data to give to the data entry people are the ones who are making the errors and they are miscommunicating with or misunderstanding those above them who are giving them the initial instructions on what to put in the list for the data entry people. So maybe the data entry people are doing exactly what they're told, but the material they're being given to process is inaccurate. We need to remember also that since covid they are all working from home remotely and they aren't face to face, they are as far as I know all relying on zoom calls and emails and they just maybe are not organized and have rubbish systems in place with no double-checking and verification prior to the final work being done. But at the end of the day it is us the players who rely on this information because we make purchases based on it and spend loads of time investing energy in grinding for it, or whatever, you know how it is, and it is only us who suffer, not them. They need to get it together and stop making these totally avoidable mistakes.
