Issue with tending structures in the Stronghold - not going all the way to zero.

No, they are not maxing out, they stop at 23, 11, 12, and even the recruiter stops at 3 or 4.
Not a huge issue but when the structures do get maxed overnight then we lose those points.

    Issue resolved after this mornings maintenance.
    All working okay now.

    Looks like I spoke too soon.
    They tended fine down to zero a couple of times, except the Quarry which maxed out on the first go around - the Mine was already maxed.
    Then it started up again, the recruiter goes down to 4, the farm and lumberyard stop at 12 or 23.
