I'm having a hard time understanding where your heads are at. It's almost as if y'all sit around thinking of ways to upset your player base. I've been a dedicated Neverwinter player for almost 3 years now but I'm really getting to the point where I don't enjoy this game anymore. I was under the impression you were trying to make money. Do any of you actually play this game??
Let's start with premium battlepass rewards. Did you guys really think that an epic mount collar should be a premium reward? Smh... There is literally nothing in the new battlepass that would compel me to pay $25.00 for those rewards. Since it seems you're not putting the heroes of the hall back in the zen market this year, might I suggest a heroes choice pack as a premium reward. Or how about a feral raptor. How about putting ANYTHING in there that will help get players closer to running end game content. There are several team building mount and companion abilities that I could recommend.
Dungeons. Let's talk about these queues. I appreciate that you guys have put IC back in the advanced queue list but that still only gives us 5 dungeons. I don't understand why the new Temple of the Spider isn't in the advanced queue. Seems to me that it was just pure laziness on your part. The minimum item level for regular dungeons is 25k. The minimum item level for Northdark is 50k. So you have people that are able to run the dungeon but they have no way of obtaining the key for the extra chest. Furthermore, the mechanics in there are too advanced for most 25k players. Not to mention that moving TotS to the advanced queue would give us another dungeon option for that queue. We have 13 dungeons in the regular dungeon list and only 5 in the advanced. At this point, you could probably move Vault of Stars into the advanced as well. And possibly even Fangbreaker Island.
Moving on... While I appreciate the effort going in to bringing us new content, I think it's safe to say that a lot of us would appreciate if you could fix some of the issues with the content we have. The visual effects in a lot of the dungeons have been messed up for months. There are several of the visual effects that appear 3 feet off the ground. Or in the case of the sisters in CR the red blood circles are underground most of the time and you cant tell if you're standing in them or not. And the animation for the pillars breaking in the second boss fight hasnt been working for some time now. Please take some time to fix these things. These issues take away from the game experience.
And last but not least, put the Genie Gifts back in the Reaper vendor. When I found out they were gone, it was almost enough to make me not wanna play this game anymore. SERIOUSLY.... You left those stupid mount collar packs and the epic shards of empowerment but took away our genie gifts. That's not ok.

Also, please for the love of god, make all end chest drops from all content unbound on pick up and at worst account bound on equip. Nobody runs MTOS or MDWP anymore because they have their stuff, and no reason to run it. At least with TOMM people could sell the rings, and us lesser beings could at least buy some top end stuff for our characters even if we couldn't get into the end game runs.
Also make the gear from the new campaign account bound on pick up at worst. I don't wanna run the same content 9x just to gear up my alts. I wanna do it on my best toon.
