@percemer Hi yes it is the FauxHawk. I've done the usual trouble shooting and checked ingame settings. Updated drivers etc. Also I checked the game files integrity in the STEAM settings just incase. Some styles show others do not. I'm thinking last resort clean install and see if that works.
Sometimes when I do the first crafting of the day in my workshop and the window appears to show the result, the picture of the artisan has no hair (and maybe some other facial features are missing too). Subsequent results are drawn properly, so in that case it feels like a loading or caching problem.
Obviously, I can't say whether the two situations share any of the same underlying code. But it's hair related

Do you know the name of your hairstyle please?
It's weird that there are so many NPCs who are bald in your screenshot; it's maybe also an issue with your display or graphics options
