Port Nyanzaru alchemy recipes.

In Chult's Port Nyanzaru there is a vendor who sells recipes. I was able to buy all of them except for alchemy. I received an error message that requirements are not met. All of my artisans are level 20 and I have done all the stronghold quests that were available for crafting.
Anyone else have the same problem?

Apparently, it is not considered a problem as it was changed to be like that for everyone! I think you may have to make the purchase for alchemy masterwork recipes to get it. No idea really as I never spent the 500K AD for it.

for me they took away my masterwork-1 progress and I just gave up on it after that and will most likely not be doing anything until after the update for the artisans. While there has been no announcement or talk of such a thing, my presumption is that at some point they will update artisans and/or tools to have legendary and mythic ranks and while in the process of doing that whatever I got for artisans or tools will be made useless in some way.

I got an email back from them that they are aware of the problem and told me to post on here. I only have masterwork recipe on one artisan and the game let me get the recipes in Port Nyanzaru for all except alchemy.
That said, I think you may have a point. I don't think I'm going to spend the 500k for masterwork alchemy recipes on alchemist just to see if I can get around the bug. Especially when my other artisans were able to get them in Port Nyan with no problem.

Yep, exact same issue except I used to have the Chultan alchemy recipes, and crafted stuff with them (results in my inventory), and now they're gone, with "requirements not met" error if I try to buy them again in Port Nazaru.

Basically it says it was released before it was finished, some tweaks were done (I think) and to expect more later.

These changes to masterwork affected a lot more than just masterwork, including the ordinary chultan recipes.

There are items that cannot be made because intermediate ingredients can't be crafted (like teak lumber or propolis varnish).
There are items in collections that cannot be obtained (stuff that was removed, non mastered chultan things etc).
There are old materials that cannot be traded in for anything (non-multiple of 5 left overs, some things that are not +1)

I don't know if there are many people like me, but I haven't exchanged any of my old things yet because I'm waiting for it to be finished.

The unfinished exchange system seems pretty unfair... you can't exchange everything you have, you can't choose what you get for it, and it gives you one new thing for five old things (if I remember). And profession supplements are not much to get for hard earned recipes.

And it won't even let me buy the mastercraft appearance items that I don't already have...

Those recipes have valid ingredients, so we should have a way to utilise em; i can run patrols, i can do hunts, wy shouldnt i be able to craft items ? Chult is one of few zones that is resistant to passage of time, due to its uniqueness - please help preserve it
