Shards of Greater Empowerment

How do you get Shards of Greater Empowerment? Do they still drop in Dungeon and Skirmish queues like the tool tip claims? I do random queues almost every single day. Can't remember the last time one dropped. I've been stuck at 34 for AGES and I need 50 to upgrade my collar and I have 4 collars to upgrade.... I have hundreds of the regular shards. There should be a refinement process for those to turn them into Greater Shards...

    Do RC that is where you get them, although I actually have not gotten any from there myself yet. My first 100+ of the campaign currency went to stuff I felt I needed like some of the legendary companions and mounts there. Now that I am finished with that I am in the process of saving the currency I earn from there to purchase a bunch of them.

    you also get them from epic dungeons and trials. I still have about 59 unbound ones in my guild bank and I finally had enough resources to make use of the first 40 BtA ones they gave us when the system changed to this.

    Right now my main issue with RC is that I think they need to make it much clearer on how to earn the titles because not getting it at all on any toon after about 100+ something successful times through kinda confused me on how to get it for awhile. At the very least have a counter of some type so you know how much more is needed per toon.

    Reapers challenge each 1 gives one reaper mark that you can buy one shard of greater empowerment with. I finally upgraded one collar to legendary= 500 of those it took; and to go to mythic its 'just' 500 again. I only do them if they are easy like the cloak tower. To turn in the marks the guy is in back of Acquistion incorporate in PE. Once in a blue moon they drop from an epic dungeon- I have gotten 3 that way. They need to make them easier to get and stop dropping the useless ones in Menzo.

    might be mentioned in diffrent form but : let us upgrade lesser ones (epic) to greater ones (legendary), be it for dust or RP
