Master Boon Blood Lust Does NOT Work Properly!

The Rank 1 benefit from this Boon should reduce the enemies Defense by 1% per rank. However this does NOT work and you gain no damage bonus against your target while they have the debuff for 10s.

    And since they decided to 'reduce screen clutter' and remove all master boons notifications from the screen, we now no longer even have an easy way to know if it's even proccing in the first place or not. We used to know straight away when our master boons went off. I wish they'd change it back, it was a ridiculously stupid idea to remove them.
    Apparently pointing-out the bleeding obvious is a 'personal attack'.
