We just noticed that we can no longer queue for The Infernal Citadel through the queue window, neither public nor private.
Is there any information about why it was removed and when it will be back?
I couldn't find any recent announcement or a patch note where its removal was mentioned.

There where glitches within dungeon.. One of well known where teleportation loop between three areas on path to first boss.
Also, for some time pug where abandoning this dungeon, and it was decided to simply termporally remove it. And eventially it got forggoten.

I don't think it would get any popularity.
Now realisticly speaking, why someone would q for IC?? Reward wise?? Book of Vile Darkness set stop being relevant, other gear parts? Same case as artefac set.
For all theme park games, there is same thing.. Only latest two exapansion related contents are relevant. Other than that, forget it.
If there would be no random q system, as where before Chult campaign( mod 12). Most players would focus on latest two dungeons/trials. And rest of content where ignored/abandoned.
As long there is no reward, or other needs for players clear dungeon/skirmish. These contents get being skipped/ignored.
Other thing is clearing it.. Lets assume devs due some reasons bring it back. Most pugs would avoid it anyways. Unlike LoMM or ToNG, one player can't carry whole party through.
Also usually 7 from 10 pugs are someones alt toon, and they are not interest in challenges. They look for fast/easy dungeon/trial/skirmish clearing. Just to finish as soon it possible, claim rewards, switch account, q for other random q's.
Lets not forget even in these days players failing CR first boss ( three sisters). All is require to understand mechanics and team work. And sadly big portion of pugs try simply bulldoze through dungeons with raw stats or hope someone to carry them through. So they would have do little to nothing.
Once group get in slightly difficult postion, pugs simply hit /vote abandon. Or simply move out of dungeon area, and wait till someone votekick them. Or abandon dungeon.
Now try imagine to clear IC's second boss with pugs who don't want a challenge.. Once they notice it's not easy clearing, party will start abandoning IC.
So as long there is no decent rewards, no one would bother with this dungeon. Neither pugs, neither guilds.

I didn't want to post this in the Bug report forum because i thought there was some information i missed and it's intentional that IC isn't in the queues anymore.
As for reward there could be some improvement, i personaly dislike sytem used in tic n vos to get armor pieces.
CR is as bad as TIC, yet devs decided to fix only one; RADQ have only 4 dungeons, its high time to put another few there
We didn't remove it intentionally. It was not intended, and we will bring it back as soon as possible.

PS: May I point out that TIC is part of Reapers Challange! Its quite impossible without training to run Reapers Challange TIC with new players. So how shall/can we/they prepare without access to it?
