Player kick exploit

There is an exploit that allows players to sell the reward from dungeons and trials (they usually selling the end-chests and the weapons in trials). To do it, the leader kicks some players from the party shortly before completing a dungeon (since every dungeon ends with a boss fight, they are kicking players when the boss is almost killed) and immediately invites new players in the dungeon. As a result, new players will receive all the rewards from the dungeon instead of the players who actually completed it.

I think it should be enough to disable the player inviting in the private PvE queues and the requesting reinforcements in the public PvE queues while any of the players in dungeon is in the combat mode. On the one hand, to sell the dungeon, players will have to kill the final boss along with new players (and therefore without a full team), on the other hand, players can freely kick players, so if someone will intentionally stay in combat mode preventing players from inviting, they can kick him.

Loot settings are tied to the group leader, but in dungeons group leaders are not related to the queue group leader (you can transfer the leadership of the group without changing the queue group leader, and the leader of the group won't change after changing the leader of the queue group), moreover the are 2 groups in the trials and both groups have their own leaders. As a result, in some cases queue group leader can't select the loot settings (for example other player can select the leader deciding option and grab all the loot). Also in some dungeons loot settings don't work at all, for example they are not affecting the weapon drop in the Tower of the Mad Mage and Zariel's Challenge (but they worked fine in the Crown of Keldegonn and Gzemind's Reliquary).

This reminds me of way back when we had Gauntlgrym (which took ages to complete before you got to the final dungeons where the best gear in the game was located at the time) and players would kick you right as you were running towards the end chest just after the boss had died. They would do it because they had 3 of them in a premade group then they would blast local chat "looking for 2 more", two unsuspecting random people would join and would help get through the dungeon which was hard in those days, then the end boss would die and while you were running halfway across the floor about to get to the chest the screen would go black and you'd be turfed out. The three of them had worked out in advance they would vote kick the other two - they had an auto majority vote - and keep all the gear for themselves and sell it. I guess some things never change and those same kind of *expletive here* are in the game today if not even the same exact people still doing it.
Apparently pointing-out the bleeding obvious is a 'personal attack'.
