There is an exploit that allows players to sell the reward from dungeons and trials (they usually selling the end-chests and the weapons in trials). To do it, the leader kicks some players from the party shortly before completing a dungeon (since every dungeon ends with a boss fight, they are kicking players when the boss is almost killed) and immediately invites new players in the dungeon. As a result, new players will receive all the rewards from the dungeon instead of the players who actually completed it.
I think it should be enough to disable the player inviting in the private PvE queues and the requesting reinforcements in the public PvE queues while any of the players in dungeon is in the combat mode. On the one hand, to sell the dungeon, players will have to kill the final boss along with new players (and therefore without a full team), on the other hand, players can freely kick players, so if someone will intentionally stay in combat mode preventing players from inviting, they can kick him.
