Wrong binding from seal vendor

I noticed that it is possible with any character to buy equipment for characters of other classes from the seal vendor. It would be a very useful thing, but I realized (thankfully before falling into this trap) that the purchased item binds to the character who buys it. Wouldn't it be more useful if you bind to, say, the account? I'm also pointing this out to you because warlock equipment doesn't look good (aesthetically) at all to the rogue.
PS: I report it among the bugs but I don't know if it's intentional, I hope not.

    Known issue. It was reported many times for a long time.
    It is still not fixed in preview server or they may consider it is fixed because they removed that option from the seal dealer in preview server.
    However, they still did not fix for the adventurer seal dealer (in preview server) for certain items.

    Thanks for the answer, I admit I didn't know that. Too bad because if it were possible it would be a really useful possibility.
