Debuff/Buff stacking fix!!!!

Since you guys keep messing up effects stacking on accident... just make ALL buffs and debuffs work like insignia bonuses. 1st = 100% value, 2nd = 50% value, 3rd = 25% value, 4th = 12.5% value, etc

This makes it less terrible for non-communicating who happen to be running the same buffs/debuffs. Like when 3 people cast Mythalar artifact at same time 🤣. For advanced groups they now have to decide if a 2nd copy of <insert name> is better than other options. IMPLEMENT THIS NOW!!!! Fixes so many problems, please confirm this is going to happen, thanks!

    This would actually be really nice. I don't think they'll be able to do this easily though. So this won't happen anytime soon.

    I've noticed that the Dragonbone knives get numbers on the icon on the boss when multiple people use it at the same time, I see it on the Dark dragon in Northdark all the time. 2,3 whatever. But I don't know how it is stacking damage-wise, only that the system knows there is more than one in effect on the boss and displays it on the icon at the time. Not the same with Mythallar though where you only see one at any given time and no number on it denoting I guess it is only registered the once.
    Apparently pointing-out the bleeding obvious is a 'personal attack'.

    There are 3 things the artifact does. DoT, damage debuff and resistance debuff. . .it might just be displaying each of those

    you only get one icon on the boss debuff bar for any given arti, even if it does multiple things. if it has numbers to demote multiples it means it's stacking with other people's.

    let it off on a dummy or any monster when ur soloing and u'll see just the one icon there.
