Lionheart Weapon Set Not Increasing Outgoing Healing Percentage

I recently purchased the Lionheart set from the Auction House for my Warlock. When I changed my weapon set to the Lionheart, I found my Outgoing Healing has not increased by the 7.5% set bonus. I took the below pictures while sitting on the campfire in an area where my Item Level is not altered. I have submitted a ticket on this issue and the developers are looking into it. Is anyone else experiencing Lionheart weapons not increasing the Outgoing Healing percentage?

    Lionheart (and some other weapon sets, like Masterwork) don't increase the Outgoing Healing stat. They increase the healing done "directly".

    This is usually a good thing because it allows you to go "beyond" the 90% cap for the Outgoing Healing stat, but it would be better if they changed the tooltip to clearly show it increases healing, and not "Outgoing Healing".
