Bind on Pickup Seal equipment

When you look at equipment for other classes on the seal vendor you can buy for your alt but it will be bind on pickup to the purchasing character. Surely that cannot be as intended. Why would you let a fighter buy BoP seal gear for a ranger? It was not that way in the past.

    In the previous MOD they were BOE which would be nice to keep it that way. If you go to Campaigns - Zone Rewards - it shows them as BOE there also. Almost like someone made a mistake or it was changed late.

    Or they cut/paste programming from the wrong mod.
