Black Earth, Stone Heart: Graphical Bug Seems to Prevent Completion

I'm on PC. Black Earth, Stone Heart is the boss quest for the Elemental Evil earth-based line of quests. When I enter The Lost Crypt, which houses the boss and the Earth Node, the stairway down from the entry room appears to be floating at about head height. As a result, there is a red grate that prevents me from going down the stairs. I can see mobs down there but I can't go down to progress the quest.

This seems like a graphical glitch that is preventing completion of the adventure. If I'm missing something, please let me know, but otherwise I think this quest line can't currently be completed.

Same here. Just got this quest and I can't complete it. This may not seem a priority to most, but there are going to be alot of new players that get stuck here and quit in frustration because they can't complete the elemental evil campaign.

Thank you for fixing this issue. As someone who just returned to the game, it's heartening to see that this game is still maintained. Makes me want to invest some cash in the experience. Thanks!
