Cannot assign boon from new campaign

On Wizard bought boon, assigned it but could not commit change. Backed out of menu and now cannot assign boon on any loadout.
Tried replacing on two loadout and no joy. Cannot assign boon. It's now missing, boon count shows only 92 should be 93. Yet, notification feather on screen show@ i haven't assigned the boon and its available.
Can this get fixed and how do I get ad back for respecting to attempt to fix?
