unable to complete collect a rune etching quest in undermountain

completing this quest requires one to be able to attune the alters which require resonance crystals. Tuning the alters is not possible and has been broken for sometime now meaning new players cannot collect resonance to benefit from the alters in mater expeditions and warden expeditions to collect rune etchings to trade for zok boxes. Let alone the bonuus gold or ad or items earned based on crystal type attuned.
