Is there an issue transfering toons to preview server at the moment?

I have tried about 20 times over the past 2 days to copy a character and neither Preview or Owlbear will show them as copied. I already had an old copy from the New Sharandar days but new copies won't work.
Any advice is appreciated.

    There was since the weekend, current running maintenance fixed it
