Bug: Crafting Leather and Cloth armor

Hello everyone I have noticed that crafting leather and cloth armor between level 8-15 that the leather armor is only wearable to the Rogue and cloth armor is only wearable for the wizard I have also noticed that the Bard is left out completely for leather armor and clothes if anyone else has this issue please speak up so this can be fixed.

    It's by design. Ranger has gaps in it's crafted gear as well.

    Been this way since mod 15.
